About us

Dar Al-Arqam Ethical Investment (DAEI) is an unlisted unit trust that pools together funds from varying investors to undertake direct residential property investment projects without borrowings.

You, the investors, own the underlying properties. DAEI applies ethical, Sharia compliant investment principles and the expertise of its management to source premium residential property investments for its clients. Our investment process is very transparent. Where possible, we provide our investors detailed information about proposed projects and the reasons we have conviction in a project before we commit investor funds. We do this via our investor login.

Each trust we run is closed ended. That is, we aim to get not more than 20 investors into a particular trust. Once a project is completed and sold, investors are returned their original investment plus any possible gains. They are then invited to invest in a new project.
